Once you subscribe to Powered Cache Premium, you need to install and activate the premium plugin first.
And then, enter your license key under Powered Cache -> License and hit the activate button. This will allows registering the domain for licensing.
After this step, you will be able to use all premium features.
PS: Make sure you installed and activated the free version of the Powered Cache first.
